After causing a stir on social media last night Martavis Bryant apparently is sick today. Bryant missed team meetings on Monday because he woke up sick. Teammates said he ‘called in sick’ and his agent Tom Santaello confirmed to us that Bryant did indeed visit a doctor this morning.

Boy does he know how to burn bridges. And his woman needs to stop whispering sweet nothings into his ear. Quit thinking with your dick Martavius.

**** him he is a selfish *******. I would trade him to a team that had the shittiest QB in the NFL.

Maybe we can grant him his wish and he can go play for the Browns. I'm sure he will be the man there.

Like I said in the other thread, "sick" for the third time in the last few weeks. I don't buy it. He just doesn't want to go to work.

oh the drama

Steelers “certainly” have no plans to trade Martavis Bryant

The Steelers may not be reacting, but one of Bryant’s teammates sounded fed up by the drama.

“No, he’s not here,” guard Ramon Foster said. “I don’t know what happened. I think he called in sick today. I don’t know. I just wish he were here to answer his own questions. You can’t throw that stuff out there on social media land and expect no forest fires behind it. … He can’t leave us here to answer, is how I feel about it. I feel like last week we kind of pushed it aside and then you double down on it? Not cool from a teammate perspective.”

Wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster, who was mentioned in Bryant’s social media blast, was also asked about Bryant and said the two players “are totally cool.”

That may not be the majority position in Pittsburgh, but it apparently won’t lead the team to cut bait just yet.

There are teams in dire need of receivers including the Rats. The Giants season is headed for the crapper, trade him for a pick and some dough. With that 25 year old selfish mentality and (reading his tweets) obvious lack of a grip on reality, Bryant wouldn't surprise me if he did a Plaxico in the club repeat!

Maybe someone put some laxatives in the doobies he was smoking last night. Might be the best thing for the team. What a shame......after the team and a lot of fans stood behind him ,willing to forgive and give another chance. I was hoping a ******* blowout season for him. Too bad.
I bet the Seachickens could sure use another receiver

did you really quote Heath Evans? it's like saying Beetlejuice 3 times, POP will pop up with a stiffy

Maybe his playing ability was weed-related? Now that he isn't blazing, he can't play. Alien needs his spinach!!

Trade him to Denver, where weed is legal.

his skills set is quite different from JuJu, the Go-Route is his main weapon and no other WR can give us that right now, except maybe Hunter.

So Bryant stays at least until next offseason

I trade him 100% “if” the offer is right. Something to help us now, and a little sugar for the draft. He has skills and can help, but he hasn’t in a looonnnggg time. Off the field issues and current. Is it all on him, no. Ben has missed a couple times. I just don’t want this weekly headache for someone who isn’t doing ****.

1. Get a good offer, take it.
2. Don’t. Continue to ride the bench behind the person putting in the work, producing and keeping their mouth shut.

Some of yinz are funny. Short memories and others wishful thinking.

First of all one of the bigger reasons the season last year fell short was the lack of a number 2 WR. -This covers the short memory.

And what the **** would anyone give the Steelers for Bryant? Not much of anything IF anything.

Only move is to play him or bench him for a game or two.

Here's what I think is going on. Bryant is in Tomlins doghouse. but the biggest doghouse he is in, is Ben's. and he knows it. bridges have been so burned between these two. this is strictly my opinion.

He is being a dick because this offense is chock full of me firsters who demand the ball and he is LMOTTP... face it, the selfish jackass is the standard in today's nfl locker room

A serious case of the drug withdrawals.
Side effects include: nausea, swelling, abdominal bloating, moodiness such as clashes with other teammates.

Anywho, welcome to your starting role JuJu
