Broncos QB's

Heard on satellite that all the QBs were in walk throughs, meetings and position practice without any masks; all 4.

Oh and saints get fined and lose draft pick cause they celebrated beating Brady without masks....

The NFL is currently investigating the situations in Denver and Baltimore for potential penalties.

Denver doesn't have a team-wide outbreak. The delays in our game was not to give the Ravens a chance to get players back -- it was to make sure they had identified all the positives and contacts from the outbreak before playing a game. Denver doesn't appear to have a full-blown outbreak, just one player with 3 contacts so they feel they've contained it.

Two completely different situations going on with those teams.

Not really. Both due to broken protocols. You know about Balt. Denver’s QBs weren’t wearing masks around each other, and then lied about it when asked. They were pulled from practice yesterday when they were considered contact tracing risks (after internal review i.e. tape review)

Denver's didn't result in a full-blown outbreak like it did in Baltimore. The difference is clear.

Could Denver have signed a QB off of someone's practice squad?

Not enough time to pass the protocol and be added to the active roster.

Yeah. And then they have to rest them for 5 days or so I would imagine as we did with the LBer we got from the Jets.

We won’t know if there is a outbreak like Balt (unlikely) because of the incubation period timeline. There may be more after Denver’s game.

Both situations, however, occurred because protocol was not followed by a team player or employee. Therefore, while not exact, the circumstances are the same. Heck, Denver is already preparing for fines/discipline from the league.

It’s a good sign that there were no more positives. In Baltimores’ case, I believe there were multiple positives everyday for at least 5-6 days straight.

Word I am hearing is Rats had one more positive test today.
DKPS reported Tomlin stated Steelers had no additional positives today.

Too freaking bad. If you’re down to 2 QBs; any season—you’re an idiot

Mark Andrews should be on that list

Denver Broncos, no qb's for their game.

IMO Denver should consider firing head coach Vic Fangio, who's 11-16 overall, and came into last Sunday game with no plan at quarterback.

The man of the hour for Denver was Kendall Hinton
. Hinton went 1 for 9, 13 total yards passing 0 TD's 2 INT's. Probaly the worst QB performance in the past 30 years.

New Orleans looked like they were playing a JV team and won easy, 31-3.

To be fair, the guy isn't a QB and had a day to prepare to be an NFL QB.

Coach, the team cannot simply sign a guy and play him because the NFL has a mandatory waiting period for any player who was not part of the league - and not part of the league's mandatory testing - before being signed. Further, the QB who tested positive for the test, Driskel, did so on Thursday. The Broncos self-reported that Driskel was in close contact with the two other QB's on the team, including Drew Lock (the starter), and thereby subject to the 5-day quarantine, no positive test protocol.

So if the Donkeys had signed a guy off the street on Thursday, he would have been subject to the mandatory waiting period of five days, i.e., until Tuesday.

Is that your solution?

EXACTLY! They failed to pick up a QB on the street and form a contingency plan. Who's fault was that? What are the practice squads these days? Last I checked it was 16 players.

Jesus Christ, read what I posted.

Teams cannot sign guys off the street and play them immediately because of the ******* Chinese flu protocol. The only players who don't have such waiting periods are those already on the team and being tested.
