Brady wins

You guys are crazy. This is going to be an epic beatdown. I wouldn't be surprised if the Pats** score 70.

The whole process of bringing Bradys suspension before a (Federal) Judge is ludicrous. What laws were violated and what charges were filed? What action on behalf of the government was taking place? Do matters concerning the NFL and the NFLPA have to be adjudicated in Federal Court??
If this is the case, Bell & Bryant's suspensions must be heard in the same court, the precedent has set with the Judges decision.
 
At least Rog didn't back down. I thought he would. Karma will get Brady and the Cheatriots. All of their SB's are tainted. They did not win one of them when not cheating. I think he goes down hard in the first few games. It may even be something where he was recently making fun of Peyton and saying he will be playing a lot longer than him and the reverse happens. I'm not sure what it will be but football karma is coming for him.
 
Do you think Goodell is pissed he destroyed the spygate evidence?

The word was that many owners were forcing Goodell to go after the Pats because they feel the Pats have gotten away or gotten of light on many previous infractions. Now because of Goodell's incompetence, Brady goes free.

I don't think the Steelers have much of a chance of winning next Thurs. However, I think their chances are slightly better with Brady playing than not.

Some of these guys on the team do not seem like the sharpest knives in the drawer. Probably think if Garrapolo is playing, they can take it easy a bit. Even a blind, Chinese peasant probably knows Tom Brady can chew your *** up, which means the Steeler players should realize it, too. Maybe that helps?

i can empathize with a lot of this. I have certainly found my interest waning in recent years. There were times when i risked repercussions at jobs to sneak and listen to games on shift, etc. Nowadays, i can honestly say i have not seen a second of the Steeler pre-season.

I am not totally gone yet. I will watch the games this year. If not, I will record them and skip through later that night, but the combination of this doofus commish ruining the sport with all the rule changes and the over-saturation of the NFL draft, media day, monday night, tuesday night, wednesday night football, etc., and all of the miscreants on the steelers has me caring a little less each season
 
Can't help it despite Vick, Goodell, all of it I still love the Steelers. Just part of me and my childhood and my family. If they by some miracle beat the *Pats next week it will be one of the most satisfying victories ever. A big FU to Brady and Goodell. Please please please please please...Ben light up AB for 300 yards.
 
Here is why the courts and league are so messed up.....

Get caught doing pot on your own time... suspended....
get totally cleared of a crime...suspended
Hit a QB in a way that they have been hit for decades, even the week before- fined, suspended, whatever they want

Beat your wife... suspension reduced
beat your kid, suspension nullified
Take performance enhancing drugs and mask it with a known masking agent...get to play out your deal before the courts get it right.
Outright cheat... no suspension, hell they may even destroy the evidence for you
 
Just remember... the Pats dragged a lot of officials names through the mud here, and Goodell is incredibly vindictive..and lets also not forget that big money will be on the pats, and Vegas sometimes meddles in those types of games... lastly Brady aint what he used to be... his arm is a lot less strong than it used to be... and even Bad Ds can have good games
 
Cheating cocksuckers got away with it again. I hope Ben sues this ******* mickey mouse league. Matter of fact....**** it all. I can no longer watch this crap with respect and interest. They have been caught cheating numerous times and still have their rings....I'm out.

I'm sure he's got some regrets...too ******* bad he blew it so bad. Hope Ben sues the NFL out of it's ******* mind. Not that I give a ****...I now not only hate Brady and Goodell....I hate the NFL for going down the drain....thanks to Goodell and the pats****.

It's because deep down you know that for the rest of your life every single person you ever meet is going to remind you that your favorite team didn't win a single game without cheating. And that's truly sad, because it's possible that they could have. We'll never know.

The fact is your coach and your quarterback robbed the entire fan base of any real dignity or pride. You'll spend the rest of your life with the burden of the whispers and allegations of cheating. You can deny it all you want to, but you know, I know, EVERYBODY knows those asterix bother you.

I mean any football fan in America associates this symbol " * " with the Patriots. And they will for generations. All because everyone knows your teams cheats. People don't hate the Patriots because they win. They hate them because they have to cheat to win.

I'm sorry for bringing painful truths to light. I know it stings. And I know equally well that you'll drown that pain in beer and false pride in a team that has to cheat to win in a terrible division. I don't understand the bitching on roger here. Don't get me wrong he is hitler. But He tried this time, he wanted to nail the ************pats to the wall but a judge ruled against him.

Plus, while I think this is just an endless era for the *********pats of cheating, we are just talking about something very minimal that others in recent years have done. Look, I'm all for putting it to them given their past cheating as they got off easy before. But this has been over done imo. One game and fine.

Yes the steelers have been ****** with RG recently with ****, and maybe if we said **** you RG we would have won too. Book it now, the NFL will win their appeal. Just like star caps or whatever it was called.

Goodell's WHOLE REASON for having total control of punishment and arbitration was to keep things "in house" such as "Spygate" so he could do the necessary housekeeping to keep things from blowing back on the credibility of the league. The owners backed him for the same reasoning. Now, it's come back to bite him in the backside. Don't expect owners to side with him now as they see him costing more money than he is worth with his arbitrary punishments. I'm sure the reasoning behind the arbitrary nature is also to have latitude without having to acknowledge any evidence which might be damning to the brand. The owners and Goodell wanted to have their cake and eat it too. Well eat it boys! A certifiable cheat just made a mockery of your system and now we all have to pay the consequence.

I'm glad Brady is going to play against us OTHERWISE it would have been the excuse heard round the world. Now, if we can just get after him and requisite our own justice, life will fall back into balance.

I think Rog rigged it so Br*dy WOULD win on an appeal in court but it would look like he did something. I think the Pats** are still his favorite team and Kraft is his favorite owner.

They said earlier today, the NFL has see a 20% increase in loot from he year prior. No matter how bad we dislike that **** he is a money maker. Owners don't give a **** their wallet is getting fat

Rigged it by having Brady bring a federal judge into while making an *** out of himself in the process and creating a precedent for any player to challenge a suspension? I don't think so.
