Brady, Hall of Fame?

Unless more is uncovered proving he's been doing this for years, he will definitely be a first ballot hall of famer. However, us haters can take solace in the fact that throughout history, whenever their stories of championships are told so will be their scandals. They taint their own legacy. Makes me even more proud to be a Steelers fan.
 
Anybody who knows anything about the **'s knows and will gladly pass along the information until the day they die that not one of the rings or records is valid.

The fact is, none of those guys gets any respect whatsoever. They just don't deserve it. That's the price for selling your athletic soul.

I think Bettis is right. There are some old timers on the committee that will probably make him wait. He will eventually get in.
 
With all the negative press and the likelihood of more to come he may not get in, other than the fantasy folks and the balchinians in new england he is not well liked or respected.
 
Deserving or not he'll get in. I don't know how anyone could seriously mention his name and GOAT in the same sentence though. How many times were Starr, Montana or Bradshaw punished or suspended for cheating?
 
I still say they should have vacated their AFCC win, that would give the Seachickens the win by forfeit.

That would give everyone two things to smile about. The *'s lose their Super Bowl trophy, and then everyone gets to laugh about the Seachicken's only winning because it was a forfeit.
 
One of the reasons why the Patriots are a big deal in this forum is because the Steelers too, were victims of the P*ts cheating practices, roster snatching (Blount), and theyre on the schedule this year. Had it not been for the Spygate cheating, its possible the Steelers may have participated in another SB or two......................
 
Look, I have said this for years... every sport should have a hall of fame and a hall of shame... Vote players whose achievements and contributions are outstanding into the first, then if the means they used to get there or their off field problems warrant it, make them eternally stamped as lowlifes by voting them into the second too...

You can bet your *** I'm still steamed about their little clandestine recording operation that went on for years. That's just stuff we know about.They have NO ETHICS whatsoever! That makes them suspect on EVERYTHING. Magical half time adjustments my ***. The commissioner destroying the so called couple tapes of evidence tells you all you need to know about the integrity of the NFL.
 
Belicheat and brady* should be on the cover of the book with the video game cheat codes.
 
If I had a vote I'd make Brady wait as long as Pete Rose has to. Brady cheated 4 super bowl wins and then pisses and moans about a 4 game suspension! He should be kicked out of the NFL along with his cheat coach and owner. I would have more respect for Brady if he would apologize and take his punishment, like Ben did, and show some remorse.
 
Thing is, much like Bonds and Clemens, he would have got in the HOF without the cheating. Now? Eh, it'll happen but not right away.

I'm not buying this one. In '01, the Steelers go into the game trying to jam Bettis down the Pats throat. Bettis, who was hurt with the groin in Week 10. Hadn't played a down since. Just a dumb move by Cowher. Before you know it, with the Steelers bumblefucking around on offense, it's 21-3. When Cowher gets a healthy Zeroue into the game, they come back to 21-17. What may have happened if he starts? And, you still had Kordell as the QB. Just too many self inflicted things in that game for me to buy it. In '04, you just had a rookie QB who hit the wall. I'd like to agree, but I just don't think so.
