Holy crap that's a bad rule... you basically can't hit anybody running parallel to the lines on the field. You can hit them forcibly with any part of your body and basically have to just bump into them and hope they don't flatten you. Time to start taking out knees...
THIS...not the violence...THIS is what is ruining the NFL. Not the protests, not the celebrations...none of it. People are turning off the NFL because the NFL is becoming less and less football.
