Bills vs Ravens

The fans for Buffalo last night reminded back in the day when we were hungry. Our fans were terrific then, we had signs in every neighborhood, every player could do no wrong.. Was a fantastic time, Have to pull for Buffalo,

Our fans are terrific now they blow away their fan base by miles. It isn't even close.

Agree. It will be Bills (deservedly so) are soo good. Balt and Lamar will get a pass.

I hope to see the Bills win it, but the Bills Mafia is much better from a distance. When you’re face to face with them they’re one of the more annoying (not bad) fan bases to be around.

Andy Reid was wise to pick up Bell. He fits right in with that scheme. Will fill in fine with CEH out
 
Crushing defeat for Ravens. They are running out of time with cheap qb and frankly he doesn't look champ caliber. That said they play defense the way I dream the Steelers would. 9 men at LOS. Exactly what Steelers would have done if they had a better coach.
 
Lamar Jackson is a fraud and really can’t pass the football. His playoff performances passing is why he’s lost 3 out of 4 playoff games. Running QB’s never win Super Bowls but the fascination of a QB that runs has lasted in the NFL for over 35 years. It’s a failed experiment.

As Steeler fans , we can only hope that the Ravens drink the kool-aid and sign him to a monster contract that will keep them out the Super Bowl hunt for the next decade because that would stop them financially from putting those good defenses on the field.

Right now Brady Quinn has been ripping Lamar. Wondering why the media will NOT talk about how inept he is as a passer and why the only thing talked about is the running ability. Brady hit the nail on the head. Now on to Baltimore, they blame the wind for their loss and Tucker missing 2 kicks. Not like the Bills didn't also miss 2 and have the same wind. Many have suggested the NFL did a dis-service by playing the game in those conditions. You can't make this **** up! They are also talking about contract extension and how much Jackson will be. I love it, sign him Flacco money!! They will have some cap issues also. Starting DB's are 25% of cap and also have free agents. Andrews is going to get paid and every catch looks like a highlight reel as his RB can't pass as a QB.


If Kermit plays I think it will be KC and Packers, if he is out due to concussion then Bills vs Packers. **** Brady, Sucks Brees' last game will be 3 BAD INT's that all lead to TD's for Brady. Brady drove the team nowhere. Ben get ripped, Brees glorified into the sunset for his performance at home.

The media regularly acknowledges the Ravens offense is not built to play from behind but will never admit to why that's the case. Yet, when Jackson finds a wide open receiver because defenses are too busy worrying about him running they act like he's in the Aaron Rodgers level of dynamic passers. I don't remember where I saw it today, but if you're talking about finding your QB a No. 1 receiver, you don't have a true franchise QB because those guys are able to elevate the receivers around them. We see it all of the time and we saw it with Ben throughout his career.
 
Actually Shannon Sharpe ripped into Lamar pretty good. Basically saying he's one dimensional and the Ravens will go nowhere until he learns how to pass. I missed what Skip Baylis had to say thank god, I'm surprised I even listened to Sharp but it popped up on my phone when I brought up a Baltimore Sun article.

I grew up watching the first "running QB," Bobby Douglas of the Bears. Ran for 968 yards in 1972 (in 14 games), 8 TD's, 6.9 yards per carry.

And go figure - he was a terrible passer. Horrible. Career 43% completion, 36 TD's, 64 interceptions.

It’s tough to say where the bar is set. Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes signed a record-setting deal in the offseason but was also fresh off winning Super Bowl LIV. While Jackson has been outstanding, he falls short of Mahomes’ passing stats and acknowledged he needed to win a Super Bowl before commanding that type of money.


Soooo ******* funny, and just “short” of Maholmes passing stats... man do they serve the kool aid!
