Didn't he get suspended for DUI.
Best that I can tell, this guy sells real estate in North Carolina.

Bill has been a heavy drinker for a long time. I was told he was a nice guy so he isn't an angry drunk..

I know I made a joke about sauce and boss etc etc. But for the record I just want to say that drinking and driving is terrible, he's lucky he didn't kill someone's family. I hope he gets some help and I love listening to him on the radio, but he needs to fix himself before getting back to his life's work imo.

It's why I do Drunk Cope from my couch and not my truck...
And honestly, with Uber and Lyft, there is absolutely no excuse for drinking and driving anymore.

Bill needs to retire. He's not very good at his job anymore.
Followed in Myron's footsteps. Don't think Myron ever got a DUI (things were a bit different back then though).
Bill's almost 80 years old. Definitely time to hang 'em up.
And if they do get behind the wheel, they really need to feel the wrath of the RED HOT POKER.
15 to 20 years ago Bill would do remotes from some of our facilities... he could easily drink my irish *** under the table then, and still be coherent enough to do a show lol

It was never a mall, being able to literally drive up to the front door does require some level of responsibility though.

While I am within walking distance of most places I go, met friends out to watch SC Finals & walked home.
I give people slack for 1 DUI & believe it’s a error in judgment more than a crime. Most people have done it and gotten away with it & many have had 1 — which has truly turned into cash crab for states.
It should be eligible to be sealed or expunged if you meet criteria after 7 years. If you don’t, then go **** yourself.
When you go beyond 1–you haven’t learned your lesson. All bets are off. If you can afford to drop $ at the bar; you can afford Uber.
