To show Bidens mental decline you just need to watch / listen to a few of his speeches from several years ago and compare to when he was pres. Not to mention the constant wandering off stage wrong, and the Easter bunny incident. If you have been around alot of people with dementia you could see it in Biden's eyes several times. It's hard to describe, but its just like a blank stare
