Best Places To Live In The U.S.

Who wants to live in that suffocating humidity of Florida? Yuck.
We’ve spent a lot of time there. The only time it’s really unbearable is probably mid-June to the end of August. And you have the Gulf, swimming pools and air conditioning for that.

This year in PA has been especially brutal. Cold, snowy, rainy and miserable from basically October til last week. I don’t usually mind the cold much (Mr. OFTB hates it) but this year it even got to me.

I could see people choosing it over cold. Dang those extremes of hot and cold.

That planned development is most likely the Village Of West Clay. Very nice area. A little too condensed in my opinion. I’m east of there. Older homes with larger lots.
They do appear to live in that development. It's pretty cool and I can't say that I've ever seen anything like it before. It's kinda wild to see how it has grown since they first moved in.

We should grab a beer, or twenty, sometime when I'm down there.

Sounds good.

Well, there's always San Diego, but it has its own negatives.
I've spent many summers there but quit because it is absolutely filthy. They don't even try other than maybe La Jolla. I used to take the dog to Pacific Beach but quit because of the filth, meth heads sleeping on benches, etc. There's a huge Pipe just jutting out from the sidewalk on the beach that is supposed to drain storm water I guess from the streets and it puts out disgusting water and trash and they don't make any effort at all to clean it up. Then there's paying 800K to live in a building (condo) or 1.5M + to live in a tiny house. Wherenver you live, there are people packed in like Sardines. No thanks. Now the mountains such as Keystone, that's the place to be.
