Bengals released Finney

rather get mack, however, if we want a stop gab he is ok and you draft Hill or Myers in and 2 as Dickerson or Humprey won't fall out of rnd 2 unless you trade up for either. Let's see what LT get cut maybe minny cuts Rieff he would be better than Beachum and if so on a 2-3 year deal you can push LT further and focus on developing Chukes as the long term LT and draft an OT like Radunz, Miller or Jackson to push him, Hawkins for depth I would bring back as it would cost pennies

Pass! Bring in a good center in F/A

They signed CJ Hauwanssiser (spell) just for this reason. D-R-A-F-T is our next move when it comes to center.

Maybe for vet minimum to compete with JC. With that being said neither are the solution to start. Dickerson or Meyers could be had in the 2nd or even Hill from UGA may be available in the 3rd. Forget Humphrey being available in the 2nd.

He did a good job while here and that is why he earned an 8 million dollar contract. I am disappointed if he is not already in Pittsburgh.

Our Line was better when he was on the roster. No doubt. May not have been the reason, but he was part of it and we need to get back there.

I wonder if the FO wish they hadn't signed JC as soon as they did. If they signed Finney this close they may feel thay made a mistake on JC and can't have that....?

Finney signed a fairly expensive deal in 2020 with Seattle and it didn't work out due to their scheme.
He's a perfect fit for the Steelers and I'd welcome him back with open arms. Some of you are acting like it's been 7 years since he was in Pittsburgh making spot starts and excelling at it. He could definitely be the bridge between a rookie center.
