Bell working on his hand strength

Pittsburgh Steelers running back Le’Veon Bell isn’t likely to be around the team until Week 1 of the regular season but in the meantime, it appears as though he’s still training in Florida. Tuesday morning, a video of Bell surfaced on the Instagram account of Marliesia Ortiz and it shows Bell working on his hand strength at what looks to be a strip club.

Bell is so involved in his hand workout that he doesn’t notice that someone has dropped a lot of dollar bills on the floor of the establishment that he’s in. A quick search on social media shows that Bell might be currently dating Ortiz. I’m not sure if that is her helping him train in the NSFW video below, however.

My stance on Bell is this. Im not gonna hate on him. Id prefer to read nothing about him. He is a mercenary player but honestly I cant say that some of those guys havent been contributors to championship teams. The less he is talked about the less the distraction. When the season ends, hopefully on a podium, smell ya later.

I actually think Bell is pretty smart. The stereotype is running backs are undereducated, score poorly on the Wonderlic IQ test, and often are not well spoken.

Bell speaks well on his behalf. It's his wisdom and character that are lacking to me, not his intelligence.

Very few good things happen in a strip joint at 2:00 AM in the morning. To put it on social media in a day and age where the NFL is very concerned about the treatment of women, especially when you're about to sign a one year 14.5 million dollar deal, and hit free agency in 2019 with an existing suspension under your belt. Just wow.

I just hope Bell stays in shape and can test clean. With the sensitivity drug testing these days, one could test positive just by breathing in the air at these establishments. Okay, just a bit of sarcasm on that last point. !

When I had my old company I once interviewed a girl who was a stripper at a local club and I remember thinking it's a good thing I never wasted any money going in there if they all look like her. (I didn't hire her but being a stripper had nothing to do with it.)
