He's a idiot. He has no choice smh
If the CBA says that if the NFL gives a date and it is set in stone then yes he is an idiot, but if it states you can request a new date....
He's a idiot. He has no choice smh
We have a leadership void, starting at the head coach position. It is obvious. Anyone who doesn't see it, hasn't had much life experience.
Tomlin sucks at laying down the law, anticipating and heading off problems. Big Tuna, Jimmy Johnson or Belichick would not allow these reoccurring problems to continue.
This is too dumb to even respond to you win.
And I already said I believe we had two celebration penalties that I recall
How in the hell could I forget Hernandez thanks. But stillwright you still want to cosign POP. Have at it
90% of your responses to posters in regards to criticism on Tomlin is to point out all teams do this or all coaches have issues with that. I really wish I could find a site that showed how many of these penalties we had all season. I would say 2 is on the very low side. I would even say we might have had 2 in one game last season ...or it could have been the season before. Yes I can show no facts but neither can you to refute it. And yes to cut out a senseless penalty on one of the most disciplined teams in the NFL is well........just to dumb to respond to.
Oh OK if win the super bowl it doesn't matter OK my bad got it.
Because I'm usually pointing out something that unrealistic like right now..you want a Tomlin coached team to be the only team to not have stupid penalties..but you don't think that's unrealistic.. You want Tomlin to be responsible for Bell and Bryant actions then try to point to his so called friendly relationship as to to why they did what they did. But don't acknowledge our players aren't the only team with these weed issues.. You cosign pop post about parcels Johnson and Belichek while conviently forgetting LT Irvin Hernandez. When I'm defending Tomlin its usually in stupid double standard situations like this
Which is always.

It's not Tomlin's fault. I blame Obama...
Well I don't if you are referring to me or not. I kind of side tracked to another topic. I agree....this is on the players and players only.I think my early post needs ed. Some of you are acting like spoiled children who always have to blame somebody else for something that goes wrong..
My quote:
Why the **** are we talking about Tomlin? This is about Bell and Bell alone. Personal responsibility people. He is a grown man at this point and it is not Tomlin's or anyone else's job to police these idiots off the field. The league has it rules and that is the part of the system designed to deal with this. The players agreed to it and have to live with it. At what point does Tomlin or any coach take responsibility for the personal choices of their players away from work?
Some of you seem to relish any opportunity to jump on Tomlin's ****. I almost think some were happy to hear this news just to have a chance to wrongly blame him.
Same thing I'm saying. Bell needs to wait until he retires or until he is out of the ramdom testing program..
Just like Ben should of waited until he retired to ride a bike. But of course its different.
I think I stated Tomlin has been too player friendly and lets his players get away with stupid penalties that has now turned into the culture of our team. And it might have bleed over to off the field issues. And yes even Pop makes some good points now and then. As I said before. I see the good and bad of Tomlin. you both see the extreme at opposite ends of the topics. And again yes. I would like Tomlin to tell his players to stop stupid penalties. If you can teach players to be more disciplined on ALL other penalties why can you not teach them in this area. Your answer is just "well all teams do it". Well I think a coach can/should do better than that. While all teams have these types of penalty there will be an order of the best to the least. What if for the sake of argument we were last or near last. You you then think we could improve or just still think that since all teams have them then who cares?

The only person who read what I wrote as that is you. I'm not the most eloquent poster here but I think I made my point.
Yep. Then run him until his wheels fall off and let him move on. Then draft your new RB.
Also. While I am neither a Tomlin lover nor hater(he is our coach now so I live with it) I can only conclude "maybe" he is just too coach friendly. Maybe he needs to tighten the reigns up. Make every player accountable for every action on and off the field. No more STUPID celebrating TD's that result in a penalty. No more celebrating a tackle 20 yards down field. A culture has been started where these player know they will not be penalized by our HC for doing selfish acts on the field...now off the field also. While a HC can not control every aspect of his players...... he can control what his OWN actions are toward a player who's actions directly hurt the team he is coaching.
