Bell gets Three games

Not sure how he got away with it. I guess it depends on why he missed the tests. It should be either A. The NFLs fault or B. His fault. Only thing in can think of is somehow they were both found to be at fault. Still he got a very good deal. He can smoke again and only miss 4 games

He is still in the Drug program he still can't smoke

So if it doesn't affect your life you don't care what illegal activities players do. Gotcha.

Why would I??? I have my own issues problems why am I worried about and adding his? He don't clothe me or my children. He don't feed me or my children. And lastly he don't care about my problems or my issues. What he does with his life affects him. If he wasn't good would you care about his issues. Only because he is good and can help your team win a super bowl do you care. When he is done with football you won't give a flying **** about Leveon Bell.. so no I don't give a hoot that Bell chose to smoke in December of last year. I'm pretty sure I had to get my *** up and go to work.

So as long as a player doing any illegal activity just doesn't get caught you are good. Ok.

Typical response from you.

I'm sorry what moral stand would you like me to take.

I'm on record on here for being a heavy weed smoker back in the day. Now I'm supposed to condemn Bell. I'm sorry I won't be hypocrite for you. After Ben's embarrassing incidents I've learned to not stress over what players do. They are regular with people with jobs just like me. They just so happen to make a lot of money. They are No different then any other person. So just like everyone else they **** up from time to time. My fuckups don't worry him why should his worry me.

I thought part of the deal was if he gets busted he will still get 4 games not 10 or whatever the next level is.

That is correct Jitter he is still at the second level in the program. Any offense would be a 4 game suspension.

Why would I? How is it affecting my life. It wasn't affecting the Steelers either. So again what's the problem..

And since he didn't enter the NFL drug program until the next year he was able to smoke because the NFL doesn't test during the season unless you are in the program. He wasn't until the next year. So again unless he was driving and smoking what's the problem..I won't get into the whole legal vs illegal debate

I don't even care if he was driving: People who are baked drive like little old ladies going to church on Sunday.

You take the moral stand that you want, but when someone has a different opinion you give you typical response. Like my opinion just because it is different than yours is wrong. Now I'm sure as an example that if a player chooses to molest young boys you would not be fine with it(even though it doesn't affect your life). So I take it that you pick and choose which illegal activity is fine to do. Or then again maybe you wouldn't have an issue with it. I raise my kids a certain way and try to lead by example. I might be taking this to far and off track. As I have gotten older my morals have changed. To each their own I guess.

That's not true depends on who that person is and how they try to disagree..me and diver didn't agree in another thread we agreed to disagree. Now if you come off snarky then maybe should expect snarky back. If you want to compare someone molesting kids to smoking weed I won't stop you. I like to lead my children by example also which is why kids know me as a man who gets his *** up and goes to work everyday and works hard. Two in college and another next year. My morals have changed also which is why I don't smoke anymore but that doesn't mean I think Bell should go to hell for doing the same thing I did at his age. And I don't remember saying your opinion is wrong..seems like you trying to tell me mine wrong. Comparing smoking weed to molesting kids who does that. But you're right to each it's own

The point is you stated "as long as it doesn't effect my life"..I then said something like..." so as long as it doesn't affect your life then you don't care"....which you then said..."why should it". Or something close to that. I have an issue with Bell smoking for the only reason that it is illegal to. Period. Would you have an issue if he juiced? It seems maybe because you smoked at one time that you think maybe it isn't that big of a deal....except that it is illegal to. The line has to be drawn some where. I draw the line at legal and illegal activities.

Exactly because nothing these guys do off the field affects my life. The only reason what they do on the field affects my life is because I CHOOSE to watch them play.

Well that's your business to take issue with it..I don't. Wouldn't even if I didn't used smoke. To me it's not that big a deal. It's semantics..If its a drug then so is alcohol so is all the other drugs deemed legal. Do you drink? If so would you stop if tomorrow was deemed illegal again. You draw the line...great. You acting like that makes everyone who doesn't a bad person. C'mon still chill.

Question do you think Bell and Bryant are the only Steelers who smoke weed??

You can not help this team if you are suspended. It is a suspend-able action.

That in itself is enough. Regardless if it is legal illegal etc.

When he breaks the rules you have one less star to help the team. And we know what a difference between a loss and a win can effect seeding or even the chance to get into the playoffs later.

For me I am at the point, if either cheech or chong breaks the rules one more time, you let them walk. Trade whatever. Just one less problem on a team focusing on winning it all.

And that is understandable. I've already called him not dependable and a idiot for missing tests.

Him smoking in December of last year I don't have a problem with..why because under the CBA voted in by the players and owners he was allowed to smoke. There is no testing done during that time for players not in the drug program. Bell didn't enter that until the next year.

To many excuses for Bell, passed or not he is stupid. He has learned zero by last year. Bell better have one heck of a season or would anyone be surprised if the Steelers let him go. With Bryant another problem child how many do you keep on team.

You might want to check again there are loop holes in place that allows players to smoke. Bell like more then half the league used those loop holes voted into the CBA.

Did his smoking in December affect the Steelers is the question..that's what I'm talking about. What led to his suspension was missing tests. What does that have to do with December??

He is a distraction, undependable and a dumb *** for missing tests I agree.. but until he test positive again you can't prove he is a liar.

It's quite simple to deduce that he didn't smoke because his suspension wouldn't of been reduced. He still had to take other tests which he has passed. He also was able to get off probation for the DWI which includes passing tests

It's about did one learn a lesson that doing X may cause negative consequences in his life and or job after being busted for X. He gets busted and continues to do it. Also, do you really beleive his Story about these tests? I don't know either way but I don't. Does it impact me in my life nope. But it does the team I love. His choice. He can continue to be smokie all he wants, **** if smoke with him but wait till your done with the NFL or until you join the jets.

Another problem for this idiot is he admitted the last time he got high was December 2014, 4 months after he got busted for driving while baked. Do much for all his public statements after his arrest that he learned his lesson.

Have no confidence he will actually stop smoking and we will not resign him .

That's the point I'm trying to make Indy. He didn't have to stop after his arrest. He still wasn't in the drug program. So technically he could still smoke..he stopped in December because once the season is over the NFL tests all players not just the ones in the program..it's not that I do or don't believe him. There are no positive tests to say he is lying. Not by the NFL or his probation. Which makes this really ****** up cause he could be playing in the first three games if he didn't miss the tests.
