Bears/packers

Remember, all the smart media people tell us that preseason is not needed. Just have 2 games. It's meaningless. What a crock. We're watchimng a preseason game right now.

For some reason it seems most teams have just agreed to look like **** for the first 2-3 weeks of the regular season rather than dare having a guy get hurt in preseason and have twitter demand you be fired for playing your starters
 
Allen Robinson seems to be the only Bears offensive player who knows this game counts
 
Only thing that got my attention so far was during a 100th year promotion showing Franco, present day, reenacting the immaculate reception.

Michaels comment was " in this picture at least, he actually catches it". Jackass!
 
YEah, just cut preseason to 2 games and make the regular season 18. Those first few weeks would be real crisp
 
that was so stupid. If you throw on 2nd down, then you better also throw on 3rd.
 
Trubisky looks ******* AWFUL. This is the effect of teams taking the whole pre-season off.
 
Terrible game in general. Some good D, but also some terrible O.

Trubisky had ZERO pass attempts in the preseason. But that probably had nothing to do with him looking rusty and completely unprepared. All the smart young coaches with their analytics tell us preseason reps aren't needed.

Those 86 pass attempts for Tyler Bray in preseason really paid dividends tonight vs the packers.
 
This game wasn't a surprise. The Bears have one of the best D's in the league and shut the Packers down twice last year. Great game for the Packers to get this win in Chicago.

HE said, in this picture you can see that he actually caught it. Alluding to the fact that the play doesn't have a clear shot showing the ball not hitting the ground. I didn't see it as a slight, but more as a jovial remark, but then again, it's just me...
 
Hey, at least their kicker made the kick! Wait, you mean you can have the guy make the kick and still lose? Imagine that, instead of umpteen ******* hours and a billion kickers maybe they should have spent the off season building a ******* offense that doesn't need a goddamn field goal every game just to eek out a win. Da Bears!

Al never misses an opportunity to take shots at the Steelers. He's a Seattle crybitch too. "Shades of Super Bowl 40" comment in the SB against the Cardinals. **** him.

All the hype was wasted on this game and then throw in the fact more coverage on Brown than the 100 year celebration
 
Trubisky said today that their offense is best when it's balanced with the run and the pass game. I thought they sucked equally in both areas.
