All of them were college graduates ? I guess some people learn public speaking and language skills at a different pace.

Good thing these guys don't have to get a real job...yet.

Studies have shown that users of the dialect are more often rejected by would-be employers than speakers of standard English. Many of his students, Mr. Halperin said, have not bought into the idea that academic success is important, nor have they related it to their struggle for jobs.
