Back shoulder pass

Seemed like every time I looked over at the Bucs game Ryan Fitzpatrick was hitting someone 20 yds down field with a back should pass. Looked absolutely undefendable. Seems like Ben should be able to do that with our receivers but I rarely see us try it.
 
Ben does this pass quite often and they attempted it once or twice yesterday, just didn't execute it.
 
Why run that when you can run a play that is much more effective.... the wide receiver screen.

Ben - AB execute that very well. I think the TD was a back shoulder throw. But yes they could probably pull it off probably 2-3x a game
