What realistic solutions to the obvious bias toward the cheater, and the non-concern over their cheating (and how the league-wide fan base views it) do you see happening in the future? Something has to happen, even if that means the approach to it is as idiotic as "do nothing" as we have seen up until now.

Offseason been pretty good, Cope. Just trying to get some things done while I have a slow period. I fully expect work to pick up like gangbusters soon enough.

Lessee...my thoughts for the games this weekend are KC is going to take TEN. I like the style of ball TEN is playing and would truly enjoy a physical SB between SF and TEN. Alas, I do see KC's ability to score just too much for TEN to keep up with. In the other game, I like SF defense to prevail over GB but I do think it is a toss up. I have quietly rooted for GB as my NFC team for a long time. I know some Steeler fans hate them for the SB loss, but I pulled for them long before that day. I like their history and nostalgia and fan base (the ones I met anyway). There isn't a team left that I truly hate and root for to lose, so, in the end, I am just enjoying the games.

This is odd. They were supposed to rule this week, and so far, crickets. Kraft knows he's culpable since he covered up the evidence the first time. Then he doesn't want to let his buddy Kraft down by stating that Bellicheat had a part in this, which he does. Because then he's ban from football for LIFE! What does that say about your league. The top franchise for the past 2 decades was only good because the CHEATED. MLB's ruling was harsh on the Houston cheating and stealing signs. This is exactly what happened in Cincy. They stole signs to gain an advantage. Open and shut to me.

I also hate how the pundits are all aww shucks about Bellicheck. I can see that attitude toward a coach with no prior history, but ****, he was fined, docked picks, and the team was fined. He should have been banned for a year, because that would have changed his behavior, but nope. More of the same. If there is a hint of video taping signs, which they were already penalized for, then any other hint of it should be a scorched earth reckoning.

The longer this drags out, the harder it will be to gloss over, especially after the MLB ruling

Another issue, is this is the 100yr anniversary. A big celebration. They don't want the biggest cheating scandal in NFL history to ruin it now...

I was fine with it last year. Great competition there, but Feiler winning felt like a let down. He did a good job this year, but with Foster leaving, my thought was they'd give the new contract to BJ. But you raise a great point. Steelers are STACKED at RT. Bump one inside at guard, have Chukes or Banner start, and the other plays swing tackle. Then you only need to draft for depth. That's a sound strategy Litos!

Edge is the biggest, and the Steelers have to weigh in the loss of Bud, or if he is worth the money for a contract. #1 outside, for me, would be NT. Hargrave is gone. He may end up being a monster inside for a 4-3 team, but we need a run stopper, since the Ravens are a running team, and the shift will be swinging back to running teams here within 2 years since BAL, TEN, and NE had a lot of success with it. Offensive side, it has to be TE. The draft is barren for TE talent, so it needs to be addressed in FA.

3) Do you think the PENN STATE new allegations have meritt They may, but I don't know if the NCAA will get involved. This isn't child pornography, this is hazing, and there has been a precedent of schools doling out the punishment on those allegations.

4) Will Foster be cut or wait till his contract expires...................... ? That's a good question. Initially, I thought he's gone. The Steelers will cut him and net the $4M in savings, however, he's cheap for a starting LG and $5.5M isn't terrible for a cap number. My call if I'm GM, is I cut him and use that money for RB depth, TE, NT. They are all better value than retaining Foster

5) I realize Tomlin is staying but what an opportunity to replace Fitchner with Bienemy as an OC / Assistant HC to lure him in a "move up" position. What are your thoughts on this I never thought of that at all. I'd be fine with the change, as I'm not sold on Fitchner. Though, when Ben was healthy, he seemed to do a much better job of adjusting the personnel groupings to get better matchups. It went away this year with all of the injuries. I almost have to give him a pass this year because of it.

I'm right with you on the teams I think will advance, but I don't see GB as a threat. I thought they were kind of a pretender and have benefited more on calls than on playing well enough to win. Though Rogers can win by himself, as we've all seen. I do love GB fans. We partied with them at the SB, and they were a blast. We all just loved football and our teams. Other NE teams just act like dickbags when any other color but their own is worn.

I don't know much about Canada, but I have been talking amongst the SN writers. One report is that he will not only be expected to coach the QBs, but also to help the team come up with a game plan on offense, and also possibly game day strategies as well. This could be the push Fichtner needs to improve his game.

No, but I've come close. Like just getting the pants off and the but sprays the entire toilet.

I had a girl that worked for me once that had that happen on the way back from an event. She was mortified, I couldn't stop laughing. We were great friends though and she eventually left and joined the Philly police force.
