I've known alot of hunters. For all the "conservation" talk they do when the cameras are on, real hunters are a pretty malicious sort. They enjoy killing things. This is, it should be pointed out, not an inhuman trait. Killing things preserved the species. I don't think it makes you, or them, or Mike, bad people. Perhaps just a little shortsighted.
My issue is more the lack of reason when it comes to OTHER PEOPLE's mistakes. How easily we fall, as a society, in to judgementlism when somebody does something we don't approve of. If the whole world knew about the 4 or 5 worst things you ever did in your life, many people would be hated. Most would be in prison. The average American commits several felonies a year. Ever told someone you're gonna kick their ***? That's a felony in most states. Ever had one too many before driving, or taken meds not prescribed to you? Felonies.
People need to get down off their high *** horses and remember they've done plenty of less than heroic **** in their lives.
