Was thinking on my drive in to work today how special this season has turned out to be and even more impressive is the thought of the general direction of the Steelers in 2017 and beyond. Who knows what will go down these next few weeks but no matter what the arrow is definitely pointing up in Pittsburgh. They have a young defense that has matured this year beyond anything I could have ever imagined, they will welcome back Heyward, they will welcome back Bryant (hopefully), they have young complimentary playmakers on offense, they have a pretty nice chunk of change to spend in free agency, and they will continue to have 3 of the most dynamic players in the league in Ben, Bell, and Brown. A few solid pickups in the draft/free agency and this team is scary good and looking at things today, I will be absolutely shocked if they do not win at least one Lombardi before Ben hangs them up. Hopefully, the first one is this year. I mean seriously, how can you not look at the current direction of the Steelers and not be hyped?!? Here We Go Steelers, Here We Go!!!!!!!
