Ridiculous penalty. Whistle did not blow so Moats can get back up. OL has to jump on that guy. What's he supposed to do, let him get back up and make a play? I could see if he delivered an elbow to the head or something violent but simply piling on should not be a penalty.
 
Already see AZ's defensive plan. Stack the line and dare Vick to throw.

With as many bullshit penalties that we get against us, I'll take this one FOR us.
