Apparently NBC was the only one dumb enough to want Tomlin’s “insight”.

We've gone down a rabbit hole it seems...

Not political or religious but a non football topic for sure.

I, for one, am grateful what Coach Tomlin did for the organization and while he "fizzled out"; IMO, he also kept quite a bit of "the crazy" under wraps and kept the team in contention every year during his tenure.

That's hard to do when you really think about how the game has changed. How the kids coming into the league have changed. And the effect that NIL has poisoned them prior to making it, if and when they do (see George).

So, with that, let's bury this topic/thread along with Dri Archer's and focus on the upcoming season, m'kay???

...or Rooney could have. I understand Tomlin is low hanging fruit but after his first year he starts cutting out the small guys? I mean there's no motive behind it. You said yourself nothing had been written about him good or bad (by you or your dad at least) so i dont get why the finger pointing. He doesnt know you guys from Adam. In addition it would seem to me that wouldn't be his call...especially after his first year. Im trying hard to empathize but this ain't it.

This is beyond crazy to me. I mean take a step back and breathe and think about what youre saying. If your child had died in 2007 would that be his fault too?? I mean what kind of world do you guys live in on this site? The saddest part about it is not only is what you're feeling completely unfounded. Its been since 2007. Like let it go already. Even if you were foolish enough to believe thats why the credentials were taken away does it make since to harbor feelings like that for almost 20 years about it?? Like, c'mon now.
You seem to want all readers here to acknowledge that you are a pot-stirring, bloviating assshat.

If that is your goal, then you are close to it.

Agreed . We had some good years under him for sure. In my opinion he just stayed to long.
His inability to hire good coordinators held this team back.

With time he will be remember well
