“My wife already said we have to get DirecTV to make sure we get all of the games,” said [Redacted]. “What a wonderful place Pittsburgh is. Three years ago when we came here the organization and city opened their arms to my wife and my family and made us feel so welcome. It was like we were meant to be here the whole time.

“I told Mr. Rooney I have a lot of black and gold in my veins and that isn’t going away. When I want to come back to a game and sit in the stands and root them on I hope they don’t forget who I am and help me out and get me a ticket.”

[Redacted] has a lifetime of memories from being in the NFL to take with him into retirement, but his time with the Steelers is something that he will treasure.

“More than anything what I am going to remember is just what the Steelers organization is about,” said [Redacted]. “What a classy place this is to work. What a unique place this is to work. I tell guys if you are in this business everybody ought to get a chance to work in Pittsburgh at some point in their career because it is a special place.”

Steelers QB Ken Anderson when he retired 5/6 years ago.

Funny how Kenny's number 14 was unofficially retired by the Bungles until he started working for the Steelers. Too bad Raggedy Andy couldn't hold Kenny's jock strap

Slashsteel was all over this. Anderson said this upon retirement. As Buff said, Shame that the Bungles started handing out his jersey number again (out of spite) after he took the job with the Steelers.

Anyone want to guess where THIS quote came from?

I hope the Bengals sign Burfict to a 10 year extension. He is EXACTLY the kind of player that a dominant defense needs.

I wish the Bengals team was 22 Burficts.

Here's a hint, same place, same guy in fact...

Stay Classy Cincinatti

Stay Classy Cincinatti!

BURFICT is the BEST LB in the NFL ...

Not the 5th best, not the 3rd best, ... THE BEST.

That knee is awesome. I wish he had also stabbed his fingers into Ben's eye balls and bit his nose off too. **** Ben.

Wouldn't be Black Jesus, would it? Geez, can't even spell the city name right.

If Jesus sez there's two "t"s in Cincinnati...then there's two ******* "t"s!

I love that town! More good stuff...

The knowledgeable Cinci fans knew exactly what he was doing when they threw bottles at him (Roethlisberger) as he left.

I admit though, this is pretty funny.

“Does Ben have a sponsorship deal with John Deer or does he just ride it multiple times a year unnecessarily for fun? Is he a Future Hall of Famer? Absolutely. Is he a master of the “Oh look at me I’m “hurt” but watch me miraculously come back to play”? You bet. Even Hines Ward would agree.”

I hear they’re coming out with a limited edition Ben Roethlisberger addition, it will act like it won’t start for a week and then it will.
