Hate to see that when he was doing so well. Hope it isn't serious.

The Watt locker room commentary made it seem that it was a minor injury, that they were still going to look at / double check.

Even if minor, it will keep him out a couple weeks. You don't want it to linger all season so you have to give him at least a couple weeks rest.

Also heard teammates and Watt himself think it's minor. Hopefully nothing long term because he's been terrific in two regular season games.

on NFL Network they are calling it a low grade groin strain..............

No. I read during the game thread from a guy who knows a guy that knows a trainer's girfriend that Watt's entire musculature tore away from his bone and dragged behind him for 10 yards. It was ******' gross.

Rest him at least a week or two. As I've said multiple times, we do not want this to linger all season. Mitchell played through a groin his first season with us and was at maybe 75% all season and it showed. Let Watt get back to 100%.

Rest him until hie's 100%, or else his explosiveness will look like Jarvis'.

Think Watt at 50% is better than Jarvis at 100%, but definitely want him healthy. I would sit him and see if he is good to go next week v the Rats

He has a groin

TOMLIN’S INJURY UPDATE

“Marcus Gilbert has a hamstring injury that could limit him at the early portions of the week. We’ll watch him. His participation and the quality of that participation will dictate his game availability. The same can be said for Jesse James and his ankle injury. Vance McDonald missed the game last week because of a back injury that developed late in the week. That appears to be perking up. I saw him downstairs, and we anticipate him being able to increase his participation over the course of the week and be available for the game.

“Stephon Tuitt, the same thing. We’ll be having that conversation about Stephon Tuitt until we’re not having that conversation about Stephon Tuitt. We’re going to work him a little bit over the course of the week and base his participation during the week on the previous day’s performance and push forward toward game day. There is the potential for him to play, and the same can be said for T.J. Watt with his groin injury. J.J. Wilcoxis finishing up the last elements of the concussion protocol. When he’s out of the protocol, I’ll let you know. There’s really nothing else to discuss there.”

My groin is doing just fine, according to the ladies.

DUDE,.....I've said this before...........As long as you keep paying them those Hundo's, they're going to keep saying wwhay you want to hear...................................................................:playball:

T.J. Watt said he injured his groin in practice last week. Aggravated it on punt coverage. Tested it today and said he felt good. Wait & see

looks like it was a teak of a minor injury instead of a initial injury.
