Another forgotten player...

Yeah...what might've been...he was something else those first couple years.

The play from Bell I remember the most is where he leapfrogged the Jaguars lineman and sacked the QB.

His burst off the ball was special. I was shocked how quickly his career derailed.

That Cleveland playoff game was awesome. It also was his last great game. Didnt he take some shots to play on a high ankle sprain?

Not sure about this one. It doesn't ring a

bell.

They called him "Contact" for a reason. Too bad injuries derailed his career, he could have been something really special in that defense.

Bell looked like he was going to be a special player for a long time when he fist came into the league. Too bad things didn't work out.

Kendra's Bell was a beast and had burst and stregnth to accomplish much. His stregnth was more than his body / joints could handle. He had a bad shoulder / ankle / lower back at the time we didn't Renee him. He went to Kansas City and only mangled less than 3 sacks in the three years he played there. They never renued his contract and I think he was out of football then.

I loved him and his physical play the short time he was here and he hit like a Mack truck. I think it was the Cleveland game where he blew up the center and the center went backwards into the aurterbacks for a sack. Awesome

Yes, I believe he did. And that was an incredible game from him. Called him "Bell Ringer".

That's one way to put it.

This one was on the coaches, they wanted him to add muscle/weight, and once he did he became injury prone. Why you would tell a guy that was playing that well at the weight and size he was to do ANYTHING other than just keep doing what he was doing is beyond me.

Dri Archer, forever missed but NOT forgotten.

Last I heard was he was tripiN over the can down the street.

He also was a little slow up top so the coaches allowed or installed a more "free lance" package of plays designed for him. I remember Cohwer saying, Kendrall does what Kendrall does.

Soooo, can we blame Coach Tomlin for this???

I believe he was referred to as "Tinker Bell" around here.

Didn’t he also run downfield on a spec team play and knock him and their other guy out

Wasn't that Orpheus Roye against Jacksonville?

And Bell ended his own career because he didn't want to put the work in. He was injured and just couldn't find the motivation to get back to the same shape. He admitted it after he quit. football

I figured this article was about Myron Bell, who the hell could forget about Kendrell?
