I'd be tempted to draft Wilkins, DT from Clemson. If I knew Tomlin would use 3-4 linemen on passing downs.

Tomlin is never fixing the Brady problem. Tomlin can't fix his own damned locker room.

My point is, there are 31 other teams doing the same thing you are advocating.

For the vast majority, they are getting the same results. An

I hear ya, but the teams that have beaten the Pat's or consistently competed with them have all used 4 Dlinemen to collapse the pocket. It's not going to guarantee a win or anything, but it gives us a better chance than 2 Dlinemen

Maybe. Even with **** D play in some games, the D, barely allowed more points than the Refs in the Chargers game.

Playing the Rams was the best case scenario for that asterisk team. And so it was..

I would have.

I had no expectation whatsoever that the Rams would even be in that game. They weren't.

That's the only game I've ever seen the refs actually call stuff on the P*ts. If that game is officiated as P*ts games generally are, Bug Eyes never even gets within 21 of the P*ts.
 
I am always in favor in doing what's possible to strength your team in the trenches. I also have zero confidence in this coaching staff drafting and developing defensive backs.

Which means exactly nada. The 5 teams that beat the Patriots didn't make the playoffs. We didn't beat the teams we needed to beat. We didn't handle our business. The Patriots did. They have a unified locker room. We do not.

It's one of the first fireable offenses for a head coach, losing the locker room. Ours is split. Maybe not lost, but it appears headed that way. That comes back to the leadership. Plain and simple.

And FYI the Rams held Brady to no TDs. Didn't get them the hardware.
 
Jack rel dio declined cincy DC job he would be upgrade over Butler hell so would Marvin Lewis as DC we need to mix in more formations lebeau's 1-5-5 at times was consistent as the whole point of kiesiel at OLB getting hit like a brick wall was so the OT would slide and either Farrior Troy Timmons would cross on that hole. this 2-4-5 is the worst formation I have ever seen I saw in the last few games us running 4-3-4 I'm hoping that butler if kept uses that a lot more. A guy like Jack had very good Defenses in Jacksonville always hard to run on and big physical old school type DL I loved the combo of Henderson and Stroud.
 
Its crystal clear to beat elite teams we need to on passing downs use DL, we have money to add a Better CB than Coty as Coty is same thing as William gay same intagables smart but not very fast except William could jump on routes coty is just a average CB we need either Dennard or PJ Williams.
we need a playmaking FS like Earl Thomas2 year deal
