Reid blew a 38-10 lead vs the Colts even after scoring first in the second half. He's listless and predictable in the playoffs.
The entire league is diluted and talent would rather be in the NBA or Baseball than the NFL. The trend will continue as the CTE studies gain traction in pop culture.

Middle class suburban kids may get mommied into playing soccer. But poor kids, and kids from the South and Midwest won't. It's too culturally ingrained. Football ain't going nowhere.

I was glad Denver won and kept KC in a completely different trajectory as the Steelers should the Steelers make a run. I think worst case scenario was going to KC next week.

We will all be crying after our idiot coach has us bounced from the playoffs once again, he is below the line once again today, going for 2 up 11 was beyond stupid. Winning 17 -12 late in the 3rd quArter against a 4th string QB and a team that dropped 3 more INTs prevented Tomlin from choking again today.
damn your life must suck if you can not enjoy "your" team being in the playoffs just a few hours before you start hating again....go get laid or something..

Around Pittsburgh some of the best football programs are in upper-middle class neighborhoods. It's a big deal, 4,000 people aren't showing up to watch the soccer team.

I'll be happy to win a playoff game. Anything more than that will be gravy and an overachievement.
Remember Rob Gronkowski moved to Pittsburgh to finish high school here at Woodland Hills who had a much better team than his school in Buffalo. I'm not sure if it's still true but for a time Woodland Hills had more graduates currently playing in the NFL than any other high school.
All those G&G Fitness Centers in the Pittsburgh area? That stands for Gronkowski and Gronkowski, Gronk's dad and uncle.
the youngest levels of football have all seen a 7% decline since the initial concussion worries have come out... and that's everywhere. its sad, but the NFL is on the same path that Boxing and horseracing took and both of them were once as popular as the NFL.... in 30 years the NFL will not exist or at least will no longer be contact football. AT best it will become a nitche sport.
Not only is the decline starting, but stars are starting to leave the sport early, like before their second contracts. Look at San Fran, they lost 2 great ILBs and we lost Worlids. This **** ain't going away and talent will continue to dilute.
The major contact sports have been rumored to be in talks about playing time limits too... where people can only play 8 years then are forced into retirement... its not going to get pretty as things progress... we have heard discussions on banning football under certain ages too... I predict a lot of grandstanding stupidity in the near future

Which game was this? McNabb was a choke in the playoffs. Reid I think should win coach of the year. He losses his best player then adjusts and wins many games in a row.

Reid is 10-10 in playoff games. Or he has won 5 more playoff games than Tomlin. Andy he turned the Chiefs around. He did not take over a good team.
I hate to say it but the Bengals are probably the biggest threat. Get past Saturday and we can put up a lot of points on anyone else in the playoffs. I have a feeling the Bengals aren't intimidated anymore. This match up is becoming a blood feud. Their fans sure do like to wet their pants though.

The bungles are the easiest out in the playoffs. They haven't won a playoff game in decades and Dalton will be rusty even if he does come back. The steelers should win by 14 points. I'd be more concerned playing in KC or NE.
