AB Working out with the Saints

Let me spell it out for you. We were discussing player discipline. You claimed Tomlin could/should have “controlled” AB’s behavior.

I specifically brought Coughlin’s name up in the context of that discussion and his recent experience with Jalen Ramsey and the grievance from the Player’s Union. His (nor Tomlin or any of the other coaches I mentioned) record had absolutely nothing to do with the conversation.

Coughlin has always been the opposite of Tomlin very disiplined. Not sure that his dealings with Ramsey was that big of a deal. I actually don't have a.problem with him being too strict.

Any team that signs him would not have to pay him while suspended if he gets put on exempt list, league pays out from different pot of money, is what they said
 
The Cheaters always seem to have an inside line on what’s going on with suspensions etc.... if they are being mentioned... my guess is AB gets off easy.

You never mentioned Ramsey once. Fact is that you used him along with others to give Tomlin an out. I understand you don't think the coach has any responsibility at all when it comes to players showing up late, stay away from camp, and filming the HC when he shouldn't be. I get it.

Fact is that Coughlin, Belicheat and many other coaches wouldn't put up with it. Tomlin gave his locker room away to a diva WR and let him do what he wanted. I see you're fine with that, I'm not. A HC must control his locker room.
 
I have no idea what Brees and Thomas and the other guys over there are like, but they are definitely top talent, highly performing studs who do it without drama. From the outside it seems like they would have very little patience for this buttplug.

New Orleans Saints head coach Sean Payton confirmed to reporters that former Raiders wide receiver Antonio Brown was among six wideouts the team brought in for a workout Friday morning.

Saints’ HC Sean Payton on Antonio Brown’s workout amongst a group of wideouts. “We worked them out. Gave them physicals. Mainly doing our due diligence on all of those players.” No signing of anyone at this time.

What a classless organization. With all Brown has been associated with and you even think of calling him in is unconshable. Any respect I had for the coach and organization went out to the trash. Sad with AB disrespect or everyday workers, wearing nothing in front of a women doing work. Not paying individuals and the list goes on and on. threaten a GM embarrasses three NFL teams and you call him in for a try out.

I dunno they still didn't sign him. It could have been just a due diligence eval for next year.

Are you trying to punish AB or are you looking at it from a business perspective. If it’s the former then I guess you could say it was a classless decision.

From a business perspective, every decision has benefits and risks. The teams job is to maximize the one while minimizing the other. It makes sense to bring him in and “kick the tires.” What does it cost you - and he could help you win a championship.

AB showed he’s still AB, and you move on. What’s wrong with that. My God though. After losing what was it, $30M in the course of a month or so, could this guy not at least be on his best behavior for one workout? He made New Orlean’s decision a no brainer. smh

As classless as a organization who signed a guy that was responsible for the torture and murder of many dogs ? Just curious
 
I see little chest not playing in the NFL unless something BIG chest.... Errrr I mean BIG CHANGeS occur with him. Law suits are going to "bonkers" him even more when he is held responsible and mo eye keeps pouring out. Then the huge money on the civil suit rape cases. He isn't in for smooth sailing then add this "wonker" bullshit when getting a try out gig..............
