I remain convinced, as I watch TNF at Mile High, that Vontez Burfect, with his playoff hit on AB in 2015 cost the Steelers a victory at Denver and SB#7 IMO. The Steelers made a game of it without AB against the eventual SB champs.

Yep. And then he ran after the guy who had left the scene and fired two shots at him.
He's ****** on this one. You can't claim self defense on that one at all.
It's all on video,so he's double ******. No wonder he left the country. I doubt he will get a bond now, since he bailed on his last one.
His lawyer should definitely get him a full psychological exam. They can't really prove CTE without cracking open your mellon.

Not only are you an armchair neurologist as OMAR says you suffer from “what-if-itis” with extreme symptoms of revisionist history. Without Burfects hit and the subsequent 30 yards in penalties Boswell ain’t hitting that game winner…Boz’ longest field goal to date was 51 yards & back in those days he wasn’t trotted out for super long attempts…
Here’s a “what if”.
What if Burfect never laid AB out and Boz had to kick from 65 yards instead of 35???

At this point it just makes me sad.
I’m going to hope and pray AB gets the help he needs, finds peace, atones to those he’s hurt, and somehow is a father to his children sooner rather than later.
Of secondary importance I’d love to see him someday be a redeemed changed person being honored at halftime of a home game like Steeler other greats have experienced and wearing a gold HOF jacket, he had some incredible moments as a Steeler
