AB breaks record for catching a football --

The guys said a typical pass comes in at around 50 mph, and the ball was coming in at about 80 miles per hour. It is espn so I suspect some hyperbole here, The ball may have hit 80 one time so that would be the number they use instead of the ball fell between 70 and 75 mph on most occasions. I just don't consider them real credible any more due to the spin and the coverage of marsha.

So in reality it might not be that much over a hard pass thrown by a QB at close range but it was a nice catch and a difficult ball to field. Great that he is catching the foot ball for the steelers.

I fully believe in these guys having a little fun. I wonder how many here would be PISSED, if he had broken a finger or wrist bone??? Congratulations Mr. Brown, you have and will, go down in the history books.

PS, thanks for the video cpollock :)

Salute the nation

Did anyone say when this was done? I wonder if Ben has had any of his passes clocked for speed as he has thrown some with some high velocity.

I think I saw an interview with AB that it was in May. He said that he tried to do this last year and could not do it .. It took 3 tries to do it this year.
