I am looking for an extreme example of a team doing nearly everything right (dominating in almost every way)… but somehow managing to still lose the game.

EX: Dominating in TOP, Yards, Completions, QBR... and still coming up on the wrong end on the scoreboard.

not sure what you mean exactly, but i remember i steeler game against the Texans where the Steelers dominated and lost. I think they gave up less then 100yrds.
 
Wouldn't shock me if a team was on the wrong in of a turnover differential in the topics scenario.
 
If you are turning the ball over, you are not "doing nearly everything right". You are doing the worst thing.
