3-0 with room to improve

I expect a game similar to the Texans game. The Titans are a tough out for sure, but it is winnable. Probably not a good idea to give away the first half in this one though.

sure but one of their victories was against a 1-2 team only 2 were against 0-3 teams

and of the teams currently sitting at 3-0, the Steelers have given up the fewest points of any of them....

Nice stat Coolie!

For PIT to be #1 in points against after tonight:
KC has to let up more than 18 points
BAL has to let up more than 36

It could happen!

The texans were a playoffs team last season and have their same core. Don't care about their record this season, they are a good team

damned straight.

Oh, and good challenge for a change...

Still, trying to figure how the ball was never considered beyond the line of gain. Even with Ben’s knee down. Did Riveron sneak back into the Replay Room at NFL HQ? He was supposedly reassigned.

Agreed. Look who they've played their first three games, thier schedule has been brutal.

Well, I respect your opinion, but..........We were getting carved up in the first half...And our secondary was giving up CHUNKS of yardage...

What kills me is how receivers have no one around them....You may not be concerned, but I certainly am when defenders are roving the middle of the field not guarding anybody, Thank God they stopped that damn zone

Someone else may have said this: I heard we went man to man in the second half. We may have played zone as the initial plan to keep eyes on the runner QB. Once we went man, the line and LBs took care of Watson and the secondary covered better in man2man. I’ve not rewatched myself to see if this is correct.

I read that and read they mixed up their zone coverage. Probably somewhere between the two.

to keep it accurate, this is only PA for the 3-0 teams....there are a few teams who have played 3 games that have given up fewer points than the Steelers

When we blitzed Watson we did pretty good. When we sat back and only brought 4, he picked us apart. We need to create pressure on the pocket and let our secondary have the chance to make plays. We adjusted nicely at halftime and shut Watson down. We know this defense is elite. Our offense in the first half fizzled and left the defense on the field too long. This changed in the second half and I think that had a lot to do with the defense coming through when we needed them to.

Nix would be a better fit than Vance at FB. Plus you need someone to fill in on all of Watt's ST squads. Nix ticks both of those boxes.

Grade 2 sprains are a month minimum.

Baltimore is going whip KC's *** tonite. It is just one of those things you can feel coming. KC doesn't have the defense that Baltimore has. I expect Baltimore to put up points at a much higher clip than KC. I expect a score similar to the Ravens-Patriots game last year.

I fully expect to see more of a game plan like we imposed on the Giants. Just my thoughts...

That could happen, but Mahomes is too mobile to make this a blowout. They have BAL's number and BAL's D struggles with mobile QBs, unless they get a lot of TOs. That's why the Houston game was so close for them till the 4th QTR. Tough test for both teams to be sure, and I will definitely be wearing red tongiht!

Jay Sam to the rescue...no need for alarm...

Ha! Love it Berm. It would be like the Steelers to try and change JaySam into a FB... Personally, I'd like to see Snell as the FB with Snell AND Conner in the backfield.

Yeah, the same core, except maybe that Deandre Hopkins guy. He only has 32 catches and 356 yards in 3 games for the Cardinals this year.
