Is character actually part of the criteria or is it one of the human element factors that the voters can't ignore? If character isn't an issue, you need to put in the Hall of Fame guys in before the Hall of Very Good guys, such as a Davis, Dungy, etc.

Ed Debartlo Jr? Seriously?? The guy was kicked out from being an owner because he was shady as ****, and now he's a HOF finalist? Pete Rose deserves to be in the Baseball HOF more than this *** hat deserves to be in the NFL HOF.
