Will Troy be first ballot? Or will they take into consideration the size of his head?

I know Tony Dungy has been campaigning for him for a few years now. It would be nice if more high-profile guys like him would do the same.
 
F the HOF....there are 4 Steelers from the 70's Steel Curtain D in the HOF and they are about to add their 7th from the Chief defense from the 1960's in safety Johnny Robinson this year. That Chef D only won 1 Super Bowl and nothing else but have guys like Culp, Lanier and guys you would never know like Thomas and Buchanon and Robinson who nobody even knows.

Anyone want to explain to me why Tony Dungy is in the HOF and Bill Cowher is not. Pretty damn close to the same stats (Dungy better in reg season, Cowher better in the playoffs one Super Bowl each.) Or should I just read between the lines on that one.
 
I never thought about it till you mentioned that. But yeah ,, reading betweent he lines on this one is appropriate.. Seems so anyway.

Greenwood has tons of ammo. he's also been close multiple times to getting in. It's just biased bs because the team was so loaded. Shell may not have gotten the stats he did if not for those boys on the line wreaking absolute havoc. hell Greenwood had 73 1/2 sacks and who knows how many pressures. Shell and Greenwood should have went in 20 years ago.

Greenwood does have his gold shoes in the hall,so he already has a foot or feet in the door...haha

I pull for these two guys every year.

Shell, LC, Big Red and Troy should all get in.

Usually for the guys who are not first ballot who take some time there is a lead up, almost there then they get in. Is that been happening for William Laird is he even on the ballot. I really dont know.

well, we cant go clamoring for all our 70's guys to go in and throw in cowher to boot.. Wont work. IMO we pick a candidate and get behind him or bust.
 
And it seems that it's tougher for Coaches to get in, since they only let in like one a year.
 
How many defensive HOFers from this cheateriots dynasty of near 20 years????

I agree it would be nice to see Shell, LC and Troy make it in. But you should be happy to hear, "Big Red" was inducted into the HOF years ago.
His performance in the Belmont Stakes alone made me a huge faneca of his. ..... lol
