0-3 and what it would mean.

I’m hoping for a winless season. Hopefully that’s enough to get Tomlin out.

Sorry, I must be cut from a different cloth. I never want the Steelers to lose, not for draft picks, nor to achieve coaching change. I hope we win each and every game we play. And it's been that way since I started rooting for the Steelers as a kid in the 70's. And that will never change.

I’d rather be really bad to become really good than stay average and never accomplish the main goal of winning a SB, isn’t that why the games are played? This is what needs to happen when a team stock piles bad picks and bad free agents.

I'm right there with you.

And just because you're bad doesn't mean you're going to be good. NE wasn't horrible before Brady, Green Bay wasn't real bad before Rodgers, hell look at the teams who continually pick in the top of the draft, they seem to stay there, Cleveland, Jets, Lions, Cardinals, Raiders, Redskins, Tampa, when are those teams that are stock piling picks going to be good?

Don’t forget we need coaches can work with talent too.

Trade Tomlin for Gruden, OBBBBEOUSLY we can fleece Oakland in another trade.

Is there a better QB prospect than Rudolph out there this year ? Tua is too small and only the kid from Oregon is considered a can't miss prospect. If Mason plays well he is our QB of the future.

I suggest you watch football this Saturday. Their will be at least 5 franchise QB's rolling to the NFL this year...

I'm not pointing fingers but bad news and two losses turn a lot of folk into 'mark azz beeotches'. No freaking faith...

Ask the Browns and Lions how well that worked out...

I agree with the way we are headed but disagree on Samules who in some ways is better than Conner.

We just need an OC to use him properly.

Coach
I thought The O-line was best in the league, and the only reason leveon was good??
Or wait how about Mr. 2.6ypc Conner was better than Bell anyway??

Now you're pimping Samuels over Conner??

Its all about the coaching and thats the issue here. Tomlin had a top receiver, a top rb and a top 5 QB and could not win anything. With that said without any of these three available what would you expect from Tomlin? He's going to tank and drive this team into further oblivion but sadly he returns for another season since he was extended through 2021. The belief coming from the front office will be that Ben is coming back healthy and invigorated and Coach Tomless will now turn this around. He's not going anywhere and probably gets another one year extension next off season.

They won't and shouldn't tank the season. Don't be the clowns. Watch the clowns and do the exact opposite of what they do if you want to be a successful franchise. Put Miami in there as well. They are openly tanking for Tua. The problem is that they are going to be so bad when he gets there that they'll be hauling him out in a body bag after the first few weeks. You can't build around a injured QB. The people of Miami should be ashamed of their organization. They think a QB is going to make them better when he has no OL, WRs, Rbs or defense? What a stupid franchise.

0-3 and what it would mean.

it would mean we have to listen to veteran posters ***** ad nauseum about the team the fans etc...

NO, the games are played for the NFL owners to make money, fans are an afterthought.

Salute the nation

Fire sale all the overpaid, underachieving veterans on defense, stock up on draft picks.

Unfortunately Ben being out for the season will give Mikey Cool Shades an excuse for this season with the ownership.

It means there are still 13 games to see if this team can rally behind Rudolph.

In a way, from a fans perspective, the pressure is off expecting a SB, so the season may be more enjoyable from a viewing perspective.
