If you are the autograph type the Friday night practice is usually the day to go. Get there early and get a spot on the fence. As you go in you follow the field toward the end. Those are the best spots on either side... A lot of good spots if you are at Latrobe. Close to the gym where they come out is usually solid. If you come for just practice you don't have to get there extra early. Only if you desire autographs. There is eats indoors or outdoors. Bring sun screen, hats, chairs or blankets for practice. Extra markers if you are coming for autographs.

I will be there many times and at all hours including in the dark of knight. I will be running with the players along side later that day the bulls.
I will wave hello to fellow STEELERNATION.COM board constituents and stop to tie my left cleat while taking one to the house....... this so you will know it's me. I will allow both Cam and TJ to "carry my pads" and smile and joke with fans along the way.......................................................

Don't schedule anything unless you go through Cam, not physicaly but verbaly.

If so will you be able to post your experiences while there or that night while fresh in your mind. Us who can't make it would really like to hear those thoughts of who attend. Not just about the play and practice but also of your experience and take.

I was there in 2011. I took my nephew who was ready to graduate from high school and my then fiancée Falco. It was a great time for me and my nephew. Ben was still in his prime plus to watch the upcoming young money crew was cool. AB was a freak on the field and Troy was fun to watch. I never saw a human being move faster than Mike Wallace. The guy straight out could fly. Emmanuel Sanders was catching everything thrown his way. I am planning on attending this year. I’m just watching the board to see who is going when. I’d like to meet yinz.
It’ll more likely be hot. You get sunburnt and didn’t get an autograph

I took my oldest son years ago. I'll take my youngest to the preseason game in Jacksonville.
I am trying to go at least once. I will post some things afterwards..

Planning to go during the Latrobe Friday night practice. It's nuts there but I love the vibe and they usually do the Goal line scenarios which get really intense.

I went in 2011 with my older sister. It was a blast. On the way home she told me that she originally didn't want to go and only went cuz I wanted to, but she said she had a blast and was very happy with the outing.
