Don’t know if we can share links of Tribune but everyone should go read Benz article today about this fully being Tomlins team now with Ben and if Colbert leaves. Actually pretty spot on read.
And, Rooney doesn't have the balls to fire Tomlin even if they are the worst team in football the next 5 years. Tomlin has his job until he leaves on his own.

It's been Tomlins team for awhile now.

I have one question, if Ben had as much say as everyone seems to think he does, why don't we ever see the no huddle until we are trailing late in games? If Ben had control we'd see alot more of that early in games, or for majority of games

I was looking at it more as there are now officially no more hold overs from Cowher, and if Colberts gone then it truly is all on him now. Win or lose there is no more questions, just all on you Mike.

I think you are reaching hard treating the article like a reach around. I might want different coaches but I want less Tomlin threads even moreso. If you want attention go hang out in the blue oyster. Bring your police cap and appetite.
I agree. That isn't even close to a slight. If it was its about as heavily veiled as possible.

“The Rooneys do a phenomenal job of picking coaches”

I think he says it without saying it. If they weren’t good coaches, would the Rooneys be doing a phenomenal job?

So, you think guys like Reid and Belichick think to themselves, "Boy, we better prepare extra hard this week. We've got Tomlin's team coming up next week. lol

Serious question: what has Tomlin done (let's use the past 5 seasons for example) that would make you think that Reid thinks of him as a good coach? Let's not use Cowher's team dragging Tomlin to a SB as an example.

Again, I didn't see anything that Reid said as being very complimentary. He said "he's a Steeler." Canada is a Steeler too. Is that saying much?

No. I didn’t say that, suggest that, insinuate that, or mean that. You asked if Reid took a jab. I pointed out his words do not suggest that.

You know, you can exercise the option of not entering a thread with Tomlin in the title if hearing about him causes you such anxiety. Just a suggestion.

Or in every thread you post you could change it up and not talk about Tomlin. You love beating that dead horse Bob. Wanna step?

LOL…..Bob getting stepped on quick. Why, why, is there not a nice probation period for new members creating posts? Seems that would keep the trolls away.

You underestimate the power of deflection. It will be the players execution and he will "share" decisions with the new GM.😁

Just imagine when Tomlin isn't here what would he have to talk about? Mom's cooking? The pet gerbil? Acne it just isn't for teenagers? Me and my sock puppet that is all I need? It will be dark days in Bob's basement indeed.

Nah, Andy’s a good dude! He was being complimentary to the Rooney’s. He’s a classy, first rate guy and would never say or insinuate anything negative towards the Rooney’s.
Besides he’s not stupid knowing the Hunt and Rooney families go back a long way.

Rooney isnt the sole owner. The Rooneys own like 30% of the team… the other owners are usually silent but they can force a move if they get fed up…
