Covid Vaccine

It's not a real vaccine, I'm not an anti vaxxer..lol. That one gives me a chuckle.

I've never had a flu shot in my life because I don't get the ******* flu. We had this bullshit 2 years ago before it even was known how far it was spread already.


You're still going to get it,spread it and there's not a damn thing you can do about it. Live in a bubble? The worst thing we can do for our immune systems is all of the bullshit we're doing now. You don't get strong by avoiding everything forever.

Again,everyone is going to get it. It will be here 5,10,25 years from now. It's getting weaker with each mutation.

My sister in law (anti-vaxxer) has kids that had severe asthma as kids. Regularly made trips to the emergency room for treatment. Don't recall questioning the medication and approach at the time.

I just had a stomach scope (not uncommon). I wasn't 'put-out' but I was on some pretty good drugs for an hour. Took me on a wild ride.

How far do you push the 'I don't trust the science/doctors' side of the fence?

1) I’m not anti-vaccine. I have had dozens of them.

2) This isn’t a vaccine it is an experimental mRNA treatment.

3) The treatment only works on the original strain of the virus and we are three mutations past that.

4) There are TONs of doctors and medical professionals that are refusing to take it because the test protocol was not followed before the treatment was put into use.

5) This experimental mRNA treatment has had more severe injuries and deaths reported to VAERS than every other vaccine combined for the last 30 years.

I don’t know how to break it down to you any better than that. And that’s not going into how the left is using threats of mandates as a club to impose Tyranny.

Bottom line is you make your choice and I’ll make mine. Don’t try to force it on me because if you do there will be a fight:

A winter surge is underway, cases of both types are rising substantially. The more people that are vaccinated, the more breakthrough cases you’ll see. Massachusetts case rate is back to where it was in mid January. It’s current death rate (for all vaccine statuses) is about a third of where it was in mid January. For the vaccinated, I’m certain that it’s much smaller, even without adjusting for age.

How does Vaers reporting work exactly? Do things have to verified or can someone just say i took the vax and my arms fell off?

Negative. The 7 day average for cases in Jan. was over 6800. While high now (because the vaccines don't do jack **** regarding spread), they are only at 4800.

Delta is less deadly than Alpha, we've seen that all year. Omicron even less lethal. That's why the deaths are so much lower.

VAERS is misleading for a few reasons.
  • Individuals can put a report up
  • The vast majority are healthcare provider submitted
  • Despite being mandatory (like...a federal requirement) few doctors use it. For the past year, hospitals and medical associations have actually discouraged or forbidden some medical locations from reporting any at all. Not sure how, but that is a fact.
  • Studies show that just 1-10% of all adverse events are reported to VAERS. So the VAERS data you see is the tip of the iceberg, so to speak.
  • No, not everything reported to VAERS is proven to be linked back to the vaccine. Been that way since 1990 for ALL vaccines.
  • VAERS is just one of the reporting systems. For instance, a lot of adverse events are reported to CMS (Medicare/Medicaid).
Takeaways:
  • Even though the events reported aren't proven, there is meaning. If in 2019 and 2018 there were 600 reports (again, not all verified) to VAERS for 30+ other vaccines, then in 2020 you have over a hundred thousand reports...something's amiss. Investigate.
  • Given 1-10% of ALL adverse events are reported, the real numbers are much higher (at least ten fold) compared to the reported VAERS numbers.
  • The USA sucks....absolutely sucks....at adverse event reporting compared to other nations. The data is all over the place - VAERS, CMS, never submitted, Dr. Johnson's desk drawer. Why? Maybe pharma wants it that way? Not sure

Depends… the current vaccines are being handled differently. They are contesting and pulling a lot off of the totals for “ further investigation….. so midsummer the numbers started climbing rapidly they were at six thousand and jumped to 12,000… as soon as people started talking about it the CDC pulled six thousand back off of it saying they were being investigated… i think they hinted all of them were individually reported and not by doctors…


However the vaccine companies are supposed to track their own vaers and self report them… thats what the lawsuits are about.. that they are intentionally skimming numbers off and underreporting their numbers

You can access the general information on the web site for free, but to get the detailed report with supporting data, you need to pay $50 so we know that's never going to happen.
