They do this **** all the time for epa regulations… they can’t get a law passed regulating x,y, or z so they back it into a regulation already on the books,scare a bunch of numbnut companies into complying but before it gets enacted it gets tossed out in court

And the mandate absolutely will have an out where if you aren’t vaccinated you can get weekly testing to comply
And they still have to prove that the vaccine doesn’t fall under the definition of experimental, because mandating experimental medicine on anyone is illegal by treaty worldwide… several months of data will not hold up to the standards there

Would you please, for the audience, tell us how many people in 18 months have died from the Rona in his age group? While you are at it, how many physically fit pro athletes have died from Rona?
Just two, simple answers.

So a while back the Obama administration decided to wage war on coal plants… now most were already on the way out… older much needed regulations pretty much assured small coal plants were obsolete, but the huge profitable ones weren’t going anywhere ( and most aren’t likely to disappear for a while because we absolutely need their power to stabilize the grid quite often)
So Obama gave control of tge epa to a series of worsening environmental nutjobs… thats the friendly term mind you, who decided they would attack certain industries with regulations… but unfortunately for them neither party was interested in gutting our countries industrial infrastructure any further… so nobody was going to pass new legislation….
So instead they tried tacking it onto older stuff they already had congressional approval to regulate under…
So one such overreach was an attempt to restrict interstate air pollution… basically several incarnations of this were tried.. each failing miserably when challenged in court… the idea was since the rust belt and midwest wouldn’t enact the stringent rules the northeast put in, blame the midwestern states for the air pollution in the eastern states on the midwestern states… then federally regulate them under toxic air rules…
Here was the problem.. the courts asked for substantiated data… and the EPA had estimated and hyperbole and guestimates of all the wonderful things these regulations might bring about… but what they did not have was factually sound proof of what they said…
And these people went to court with what amounted to smarmy internet memes claiming their imagined intellectual superiority was enough to override any and all concerns and tge courts tossed them out multiple times
If they walk in with a half of years worth of data and their opposition just goes and prints out oshas or the fda or tge cdcs standards of rulemaking or approval procedures, the courts are going to toss 95% of this nonsense… at least until they follow the rules they have had for decades…
