You would think this would be a story somewhere. The Philly DA doesn't prosecute crime anymore so maybe he has nothing to fear.

The link has the story and a screen shot of the police report or complaint.

Detroit had been swiftly murdering bad performances for decades. Prove that I am lion.

keep the political/racial bullshit out of this

If the story is true, I'm okay with him shooting a guy trying to rob him but going back to finish the job is a bit much
My thoughts exactly, the first is self defense the second is murder.

YOU are Lion ........... I hear you roar.!

You can shoot when they are breaking in but you can't shoot when they are fleeing. You must feel your life / you are in danger.

I just want justice regardless of race / athlete / privileged / entitlement / etc..

shades of that Marvin Harrison thing from a bunch of years ago.
If I recall correctly, nothing happened to Marvin but I think the police and DA were afraid of him too.

I‘m gonna straight up murder your ***.

Ironically, Marvin Harrison’s son, Marvin Harrison Jr. went to the same prep school as DeAndre Swift.

From the article...

It is an interesting word choice instead of just saying Swift has no involvement or that he isn’t a suspect in the case. To say that he isn’t being investigated right now leaves the door open for him to be investigated in the future. We also know that cops lie a lot, so we have no idea what the state of the investigation for this murder is.

Now that's quality journalism right there! Fact-based, unbiased, and void of conjecture.

Seriously, how does crap like this get online? Is this the TMZ version of sports reporting? Oh, never mind.
