He has no field vision. Same reason he waits to run after catching the punt.

The O needs to get going. Chuks needs to learn how to block and hold his blocks. Dude might be hitting the bench in the not too distant future. On the one Najee run, Najee would have had a decent gain but Chuks didn't maintain his block. He stopped on the play.

Id ratger him take it up the middle… regardless of how it seems the first three steps should be upfield if you can…. There are all sorts of data that says if you start left or right it pretty much dooms the return
