Can't agree with this take. I was high on Dobbins in 2020 and was a player I hoped Steelers could get -- although I believe Claypool is a better player and Harris is considerably more talented as a RB. That doesn't mean Dobbins is not good. In final month of season, when Ravens were sliding hard after falling to 6-5; he had 418 yards rushing (never more than 15 carries), 6 TDs and converted 24 1st downs over their 5-game win streak to put them back in playoff contention. He outperformed starter Gus Edwards (who he supplanted as the starter by end of season) in every way and he didn't even really play until week 7 vs. Steelers - his first 100-yard game. He had 154 yards rushing to that point and he finished with 804 yards and 9 TDs on 6 y/a.

I'm not cheering his injury. But it does hurt them.

Because we played the Hall of Fame game and had 4 preseason games, we didn't have to adjust like most teams. Historically, the 3rd preseason game is when starters play, with the extra game, there were only 3. Most teams played starters just like Ravens.
 
Just means teams will key on Lamar more. If Gus goes over 100..so be it. Don't let Lamar beat you.
 
Never want to see anyone get hurt. Its a ****** part of the game and I fear with the 17 game season we will see more injuries over time as players bodies wear down earlier in their careers.

Yep two down so they brought three in for tryouts including ol Lev - it is almost his last-Bell.
