Also signed OL Rashaad Coward, OL B.J. Finney and CB Arthur Maulet to the 53-man roster.

He will be officially moved to practice squad first then due to new rule of moving two players from PS to roster without counting towards roster. They have to come from PS first. That is my understanding and interpritation from print read english to typed english.
