Rick Wagner for one. Former rat, recently Green bay. He isn't coming off injury which takes that element out of the worry. He could provide valuable depth and experience. He would basically be Banner insurance he could complete for the start if Banner went back down.

Never even heard of the kid, probably would’ve been lucky to make PS...really doubt this prompts any move other than adding another similar back end of the roster/soon to be cut player to fill his roster spot.

Could be a number of things such as diet intake VS hours watchng STEELERS highlights. I wouldn't worry about other side effects but I'd up the fluid intake.
