Remember when halftimes used to be good talented performances? This is ridiculously bad.

This is the worst modern halftime performance I've ever seen.
 
I remember when a band like Tom Petty and the Heartbreaker performed an they didn't have to pump in crowd noise.......
 
I thought PI down the sidelines was intentional to save the TD. The penalty in the end zone, I thought was an uncatchable ball.

Naw....I remember the Up with People halftime show. The only good thing with these extended halftimes is it allow me time to get the bacon wrapped scallops in the oven.

They mentioned before game time that there would be more camera angles than ever due to the lack of fans. Regardless, you know there's a cross field shot at the line of scrimmage, with all the air time the female line judge is getting, especially about two minutes before that call, I can only speculate why they didn't show the telling angle.
 
Why is this **** still going on?

I think they're almost always pretty horrible. I don't know of this guy, but I find him generally non-offensive, if not all that enjoyable. Was he on disney channel or something?
 
I bet the fans in the stand are looking at each other thinking WTF.....and who is cheering?
 
No matter who the performer is...this is the most important game of the year. There should be no commercialized halftime performance.

....and get off my lawn!

Coming from a millennial, the pop industry, hip hop industry is a struggling, probably dying entity.
This halftime show sucked ***. But that is the “trend” now.

Stones, Bruce and Petty are a few in the past 15 years that were 100 times better than the garbage being shown tonight

Bruce was for our last SB win if I remember right.

Still trying to figure out why Andy Reid called that timeout before halftime.
 
the hts was weird. no idea who singer was and don't care. the army of red coats wearing head diapers was just unsettling.

Modern halftime.

I'm talking when they started to get single performers or a small group to perform. Probably started around the late 90s or early 2000s when they started this consistently.
