This weekend - virtual tailgate and watch party

Back in the day we used to have Steeler Nation Draft Day parties at Heinz Field. We would get together coming from all over and tailgated while we listened to the draft. We were there when the Steelers drafted Troy, and then again when we drafted Ben. Those drafts laid the foundation for 2 Super Bowl Championships..........and counting!

I came up from NC, Supe from Fla, Pdub from Dayton, SDsteel from SD, SCsteelerfan from SC, Stainless from KY, I believe we had some west coasters there too.

This is a fantastic idea from BS, we can see who has the best Steeler Room, what each others game day rituals are, who has the best spread, share how we experience our Steeler passion, all from the comfort of our own homes. If you can stream from your phone, show us your Steeler Bar

We have an Old School Steeler Nation and a New Steeler Nation dynamic and this event can bring it all together. We can't do a Draft Day party anymore because Roger screwed that all up. (Just like everything else he has touched.) This Virtual Tailgate will Unite the Nation and make it stronger.

I am Super Pumped for Bermuda Steels Steeler Nation Virtual Tailgate party. I will give you a tour of my modest Steeler Room and make Carolina Style All The Way Cheese Burgers (ATW in Carolina means Chili, Mustard, Slaw, and Onions.) I will be using the chili from selected batches of JMM's Steeler Chili, made and frozen from our 11 game win streak.

Share this thread, spread the word, PM your buddies. Justin see if you can get some long lost old timers.

I probably should of asked Bermuda if there is a limit on members and if it is even possible to do all the things that I discussed but Damn!, I love this idea!

There are a lot down here. The one I have been to used to get 200+ for a game. Even during COVID, from their Facebook pictures, it looked like they were getting 100. Good food, good people, good atmosphere. Oh, and they always bring in at least 1 former Steelers player for autographs each year. Had Lipps 2 years ago.

Thanks Dave. Let's be clear - I'm just running w/ an idea the guys threw around a few weeks ago!

We'll be using my corporate Webex account so there are no limitations to the amount of users we can have online.
 
Back in the day, when this board was being lame, someone would inevitably post this as an example of the lameness and how to get engaged.

 
And the best part of this broadcast, is we don't have to listen to the announcers!!
