I was liking what the Steelers were doing in the trenches today. I thought Mason did a solid job overall. I hope to see Layne little to none next week.

Mink will have those I guess we have come to expect one or two here and there - missed tackles.

Very close game a play her or there and it could have been a different outcome.

12-4....If you told me we'd be 12-4 at the start of the year, I'd be f'n ecstatic. Knowing we went 11-0 to end 12-4, I'm somewhat concerned going into the playoffs but hopefully this semi bye week will pay off and we roll over the f'n Stains in a meaningful game next week. Chili will be served...Anyone know what day and time the game will be?

My guess is the early game on Saturday...

12-4. I was SOOOO right. Look at how smart I am!!! All you guys are clueless, and must bow down to my prowess!! And my luxury cars! See Coach, noone likes a braggart! ;)

This is why I like Mason. He wants to win, he plays hard, and he leaves it all on the field. He has a skillset to be good in this league. Might not be the franchise, but hopefully he can carry us until we find our next franchise QB.

Was it just me or did Rudolph to Diontae seem BETTER than Ben to Diontae?? Like Diontae felt more comfortable catching the balls thrown by Rudolph...

I thought he went to Dionte less than Ben, and went to Claypool more. I like the fact that he wasn’t afraid to put it up and let the receivers make a play. That’s something he seemed more reluctant to do last year.

The way things stand as of this minute we have:

Bills-Colts
Steelers-Browns
Titans-Ravens

Saints-Bears
Seahawks-Rams
Football Team-Bucs

If I had to guess, Titans-Ravens is the best match up for SNF. Two stars with Henry and Jackson and it's a very good match up on paper as well.

I'd assume Goff will be back for next week, setting up Seahawks-Rams for Saturday night.

Whoever the Bucs play seems like a Saturday at 1:00 pm game. A below .500 team is locked into this spot, IMO.

Bills-Colts and Steelers-Browns are both juicy games. I think the AFC North rivalry and Browns back in the playoffs storyline is primed for Sunday late afternoon with the Bills Saturday at late afternoon.

That would leave the Saints-Bears for Sunday at 1:00.

With that said, I probably missed them all.

I actually wouldn't mind this. Our key starters rested and the Browns had a couple of key players banged up. If the Steelers win, it's an extra day of prep heading into Buffalo.

I agree with you here. I do think it is stupid though if you are going to have packages for him, why not for the 2 pt conversion? His running ability would have provided another option.

I agree with that, but if Dobbs had been in and it failed folks would have been all over a Tomlin for getting cute with the game in the line.

What would it matter, we play the clowns who just happen to be on that exact same short week schedule.

I want Sunday early game but will just have to settle for what ever the hell they give me. **** the NFL
