Ben's Arm

Ben is denying the knee injury...Ben, on the report the Steelers are worried about his knee:

"I'm 38 years old, I've played football for 17 years... (but) other than just an old knee and arthritis, my knee actually feels pretty good.
That report to me is just one of those phony kind of things people make up."

Ben's in a no-win situation. If he says he's hurt he's a drama queen, if he says he's fine he's washed up. His body mechanics, which have changed in recent weeks, tell the entire story.

We just have to decipher if it is a short term or long term problem. I guess we will see how he plays the rest of the remaining games.

His arm might look better if the team could scheme anyone open. I know the Pats cheated but they had Wisconsin-Whitewater caliber athletes running free everywhere it seemed once upon a time.

I think the serial drops have been the bigger issue (well, and the stale, predictable play-calling). And good to see you around again SS.
