What a stop!!

Go army!!!

WOOOOOO!!!

It's so cool to cheer for a running offense.

Today, I am wearing my nephew's hat. He lost his life in Afghanistan last year. He was an Army Ranger.

The hat has the unit logo, which reads "De Oprresso Liber." "To liberate the oppressed."

He gave his life for that. God in Heaven, I miss him. He was very dear and close to Mrs. Fan and I.

I hate the curse of sin and death. I've had too much of it in my life.

So sorry for your loss.
Was he also a West Point grad?

Thanks. He was not.

It is the enlisted solders that do most of the dying.

There is a statue at West Point dedicated to the enlisted soldier.
Must say I got choked up when I stood in front of it.

In 1980, a statue of three American World War II soldiers was presented to the Academy and the Corps of Cadets by the classes of 1935 and 1936. It was dedicated "To The American Soldier" and became the first statue at West Point to honor our nation's enlisted personnel. The statue is north of Lusk Reservoir.

We haven't BS'ed in a while my friend, we should change that soon. Hope all is well up your way. Since you're not at work right now (right?), be sure to check your yinzer email.

Will do. Thanks for posting this stuff.

God bless America.
