This loss is on TOMLIN

If you have a kicker on your roster you need to attempt that field goal at the end. It should be within range of an NFL kicker.

That was living in his fears.

Don't like throwing it far to a RB or throwing it to a T. The decision to not kick the FG was a bad decision too.

There was plenty of blame to go around for the loss.

Didn't want to put a professional kicker in that situation? He isn't kicking for Latrobe High School...he should be in that situation.

I know a lot will say Ben made a bad throw on the play, but typically on that route you see receivers drift to the outside to create separation from the guy in coverage. Just looked like an inexperienced route from an inexperienced player.

If a kicker can’t make a 45 TD. FG, they should not be on your roster.

And probably the reason you shouldn't be throwing to a guy who has 5 catches on the season on 4th and 1 with the game on the line....but that's just me.

It was thrown to the outside shoulder so it couldn’t get picked. 26 has to get separation to the outside and know where the ball is going to be. Having 26 as our target in that situation is ******* stupid.

And there was a safety on the inside, Tomlin said that play was absolutely for McFarland, but yep its all on Fictner. Tomlin has the final say on 4th down and important plays like that

I thought it was a perfect pass and maybe a touchdown if you have a competent receiver out there.

Tomlin owns not challenging the watt hit on the arm and the field goal situation. The real issue is the run game. Which he also owns.

You have kickers nowadays that can kick beyond 60 yards. If your scared of letting the guy kick a 45 yarder what's the point. Shouldn't even be playing.

Hate to put any blame on Watt but if he just falls on the loose ball instead of trying to pick it up things might be different. The offense was so garbage I am not sure it would have made a difference. **** load of tipped balls this year do to throwing 3-4 yard passes.

Easy for the defenders to get in lanes on these passes. They know he's getting rid of it so they get their hands up. Ben also may have changed his deliver after the surgery.

Doesn't matter. The fact that this team cannot throw the ball for more than 3 yards is going to destroy them going forward. **** even the Tim Tebow juggernaut Broncos would throw the ******* ball downfield.

That Tebow team beat us TWICE. This team still has the same damn problems.. coaching

Mahomes had at least 5 passes batted down vs Denver, it happens to every qb on short quick passes.

4 or 5 of his 6 turnovers were tipped.

Even with Conner, we have little to no running game. We needed to address RB depth before the season (when everyone here thought it wasn’t necessary). McFarland stops halfway through a run if he sees a defender and Snell just doesn’t have enough speed or strength to excel at the position. A good running back finds a way to maneuver the ball across the goal line. Run blocking is also an issue as is the fact that our receivers can’t hold on to the ball. The way it looks to me, they overperformed in the first half of the season. We will be lucky to go 2 and 2 to finish at 13-3.

I blame the refs for stopping the clock at the end of the half when it's the Redskins job to bring the K ball on to the field, not the Refs. Should have been ZERO points at the end of the half again. Instead, the refs help out the Redskins by stopping the clock. Idiots...

That and the ticky tack call on Watt for holding was 10pts...

78-1-1 when up by 14 points at half in Heinz. Enter Mike Tomlin. He still has no clue on how to use time outs. Dude calls one to save 10 seconds. Boy we could have used it at the end.

This is the time of year when a return to mediocrity can happen. The Steelers have been living dangerously for too many games. Oh, we'll make the playoffs. We better win one there.

Agenda must me pushed.......

Retort. Remove 9 dropped passes, TJ falls on the football. Your agenda is moot again.
