By: Bill Washinski SteelerNation.com   The Pittsburgh Steelers entered Sunday with potential to clinch a playoff berth Monday. They just needed to win and an Indianapolis Colts, Miami Dolphins or Las Vegas Raiders loss or tie. We saw none of the three happen and we had a chance to observe. Quite frankly, the AFC has […]

everyone wants to laugh at the Steelers division....what a **** show the AFC West is

The NFC west is completely flawed teams and those nincompoops are slobbering all over it too...

Say what you will about tge Steelers... yeah the offense is erratic and the run game has disappointed, but they have the talent there to be a top offense and you see that in the scores despite Often struggling for a half....

But their defense is impeccable... their perceived weakness (Run defense up the middle) was a strength most of tge year before the dline got shuffled from injury and illness... they are still a top ten rush D...

Any other team that was basically assured to finish At the top or at least top 3 in every stats (except maybe two where They will finish top 5 or ten) would be getting slobberknockered no matter what tgeir offense was like

See the 2000 ravens or some of those Seahawks tesms...

It took forever top 5 picking for the Browns to become minimally relevant, how the hell are they going to stay there picking mid to late ???

This is the least talked about 11-0 team ever, the STEELERS.

Salute the nation

I'm still trying to figure out how KC has clinched a playoff spot at 11-1, but the Steelers haven't at 11-0. I thought maybe it was because of a possible tie-breaker with the Raiders, but KC and LV split their games...

Because LV would need to win out, and KC lose out for them to be tied, then the Common Opponents, Strength of Opponent and Points scored would lean toward the Chefs.

OK, fair enough... but I hadn't heard KC had clinched the division, I only heard "clinched a playoff spot".

Kc clinched a playoff spot because the only way tgey lose the division is if they lose out and the raiders win out... but for the raiders to win out, they have to beat the colts... that assures the colts have no better than the 5 losses KC has and gives them too many conference losses to beat the chiefs in a tiebreaker...

(If the raiders win out And the “chefs“ lost out the raiders would win the division due to division wins....btw)

This irked me until I realized it was purely AFC games played thing.

KC has two NFC games left — after today we have all AFC games
